You'll also have access to a spacious closet. The king bedroom is connected to another full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The condo includes a pantry space where you can store all your food supplies, conveniently located just before you reach the well-equipped kitchen. Get ready to channel your inner chef with new pots, pans, a blender, a duo-coffee maker, as well as an assortment of new plates and glasses. The cabinets have been beautifully redone in a white color* (to be finished 6/30/23), featuring new built-in cubbies that reach all the way to the ceiling. Dimmable lights add a touch of ambiance to the kitchen area. The counter has comfortable new bar stools and seats four, while a separate table also seats four, providing ample dining space. The living area boasts brand new furniture, including a cozy sofa and two stylish accent chairs. However, the true star of the show is the stunning view of the ocean, visible from the kitchen, living room, and patio. Step outside onto the patio, furnished with a charming bistro set. Additionally, a love seat provides seating for two, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere. For ultimate convenience, a private beach access walkway awaits you, complete with a seating area. Our unit is situated on the second story (first floor), easily accessible via stairs or elevator. Other Details to Note
We provide linens and towels with your stay! We also have starter pack with shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. Transparency: As of 2024 (this will rise in 2025). Many places in NC beach rentals require guests to either rent linens or bring their own. We have found that renting linens is a high added expense for guests, and most guests want linens included. We cover the cost of purchasing and updating our own linens, and we only ask guests to pay the nominal fee that we get charged to launder those linens. Our 2024 cleaning fee that we pay cleaners is $165 and the fee we pay to launder our own linens is $65, so we only ask guests to cover these fees, we do not inflate cleaning fees. We also ask that you please consider rental insurance, especially if you are renting during hurricane season. We refund according to our refund policy, but that probably won't cover you for weather related cancellations.
